6 medium size crab (cleaned/cut)
3 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Cooking oil
3 Tbsp Chilli powder
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Large Onion – chopped
3 Sprigs of Curry leaves
3 Sprigs of Corriander Leaves
1 Large Tomato Chopped
3 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Light Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Thick Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Chicken Cube
1 Egg lightly beaten
1 Tbsp chopped Spring Onion
1 Tbsp Chopped Corriander leaves
1 Cup Water

1. Heat a wok with the oil and butter
2. Saute the onions, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and corriander leaves.
3. Add in the tomatoes and chilli powder.
4. Pour 1/2 cup of water and alow it to cook for 5 minutes.
5. Put in the crabs and stir until well incorporated for about 10 minutes
6. Lower the fire and add the milk slowly.
7. Add in the pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken cube, light and thick soya sauce, chilli and tomato sauce. Stir well.
8. Pour another 1/2 cup of water and allow to cook for about 3minutes in high fire.
9. Lower fire again and pour the egg around the crab. Do not stir immediately. Once the egg cooks a little, stir slowly.
10. Sprinkle the spring onion and dish out the crab. Garnish with corriander leaves.
