– 4 Hard boiled eggs (shelled)
– 1 Large Tomato dices
– 2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
– 1 Large Onion chopped
– 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
– 1 Tbsp chopped Corriander leaves
– 1 Tbsp Sugar/ Gula Melaka
– 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
– Salt to taste
– 1 tsp tamarind paste mixed with 1/2 cup water
– Oil
METHOD

1. Sautee ginger garlic paste in oil.
2. Stir in chopped onions and corriander.
3. Add Salt and chilli powder. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Put in tomato and tamarind. Stir well till nicely combined.
5. Add gula Melaka and Tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes over low fire.
6. Finally put in the eggs and stir well.
