3 cups All-Purpose Flour
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Melted Butter
1 egg
2½ tsp. Instant Yeast
½ cup Cold Water
¼ cup Milk
1 tsp. Salt
Melted Butter (for brushing)

DIRECTIONS

** Bread Maker

1. Put all ingredients in a bread maker. Select basic dough mode.

2. Once done, make small balls and put whatever filling of your preference and place on a baking tray.

3. Allow to prove for about 30 to 40 minutes. Brush melted butter on the buns before baking.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until the surface of the buns turn light brown.

5. Remove from oven and brush more melted butter on the hot buns before serving.
