(For Pressure Cooker)
500g Boneless Mutton cubed
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Tumeric Powder
1 Tsp Cummin Powder
2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 Tomato + 1/2 cup water- blend
Salt

** put all these ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook till soft and tender.

 

3 Star Anise
2 Cardamoms
1 Cinnamon
3 Cloves
1 Large onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Pandan leaf cut into 4
Some curry leaves
1 Lemon grass
2 Tbsp Chilli powder
1 Tbsp Corriander Powder
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 Large Potato Boiled and cubed
1 cup Water
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

METHOD
– Sautee star anise, cardamon, cloves and cinnamon.
– Add in Ginger garlic paste, onions, pandan leaf, curry leaves and lemon grass. Fry till fragrant.
– Stir in tomatoes.
– Add chilli powder, corriander powder and garam masala. Cook till fragrant.
– Add potatoes and water and cook for about 5 minutes.
– Add the pressure cooked mutton and stir well.
– Add salt to taste.
– Allow to cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
– Mutton curry is ready to be served.
