125g Butter
120g Castor Sugar
120g Soft Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Cup Plain Flour
1 Tsp Bicarbonate Soda
A Pinch of Salt
A Pinch of Nutmeg Powder
1 Cup Rolled Oats
100g Shelled Pumpkin Seeds
100g Sunflower Seeds
125g Black Raisins
50g Crushed Walnut
METHOD

1. Cream butter, both sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and beat well.

2. In a seperate bowl, whisk the flour, bicarbonate soda, salt, nutmeg and rolled oats together.

3. Add the flour mixture into the butter mixture little by little until well combined.

4. Using a wooden spoon, stir in all the nuts, seeds and raisin until they are mixed well.

5. Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius.

6. On a greased tray, drop the dough using a teaspoon and bake about 15 minutes until golden brown.

**makes about 250 medium sized cookies.
