Ingredients:

  • 1 can 400g sardines in tomato sauce
  • 200g finely cubed cooked potatoes
  • 1 large onion, halved or quartered, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, quartered and cubed
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • Some coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup water
  • salt, or to taste
  • Oil to cook

 

Preparation:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on medium heat.
  2. Add onion, ginger garlic paste and potatoes and stir fry till onion becomes transparent and potatoes are slightly browned.
  3. Add sardines with sauce, chilli powder, salt to taste and water. Continuously stir fry till water evaporates, abt 3-5 mins.
  4. Serve immediately.
