(A)
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Castor Sugar
1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
1 Cup Vegetable Oil

(B) – Sift All Together in a Bowl.
1 1/4 Cup Plain Flour
1 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Bicarbonate Soda

4 Large Eggs Beaten

METHOD
1. Put all ingredient (A) in a sauce pan over low fire.
2. Keep stirring till the ingredients dissolve. DO NOT ALLOW the mixture to boil.
3. Take off from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the eggs.
5. Pour the mixture little by little into the sifted dry ingredients and stir well.
6. Once well combined, pour the batter into a 8 inch greased and lined pan.
7. Steam for about 45 to 60 minutes until the cake is cooked.

Chocolate Ganache

200g Cooking Chocolate chopped
2 Tbsp Butter
5 Tbsp Whipping Cream

**Put all ingredients in a double boiler and keep stirring till the chocolate dissolve.
**Pour over cooled cake.
