FOR THE PATTIES

1 Can Tuna Chunks in water
2 Large Potatoes Boiled and Mashed
1 Large Onion Chopped
3 Tbsp chopped Corriander Leaves
1 Tsp Corriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala
Salt
Pepper

FOR FRYING

1 Egg beaten
1 Tbsp Plain Flour
5 Tbsp Water
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Drain the tuna chunks and put in a bowl. Use a fork and break the chunks to flakes.
2. Add the onions, corriander powder, corriander leaves, cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and pepper into the tuna flakes and mix well.
3. Put in the mashed potato and combine the tuna well with the potato.
3. Make small patties out of the tuna and keep aside.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, flour and water.
5. Dip the cutlet patties in the egg mixture and pan fry them.

** Shallow fry the cutlets with little oil.
